Black Widow Illustration.

I didn't particularly mean to draw Black Widow.

I was doodling while rewatching the Marvel film, "Avengers: Age of Ultron", and found myself doodling an assassin. It didn't take much of a leap of imagination to turn the doodle into a drawing of Black Widow taking out a foe with a garotte. Nice, huh?

I was happy with how it shaped up so I decided to ink it, which I did digitally with a Wacom tablet and Adobe Illustrator, then colour it in Photoshop.

Here are some of the stages involved in this drawing as I did it: My last drawing of 2016!
It's been a while since I did any comic book style illustration, but this sort of superhero illustration was what I very first loved drawing when I was about 4 years old and started reading Superman comics that my parents would by me from the local newsagent so this was a real throwback for me!

Leave me a comment to let me know what you think of her and who you think I should draw next, thanks! -xXx-
